Flowtrition: Healing Animals And Humans One Touch At A Time

People and animals are experiencing the healing power of Flowtrition, thanks to a horse, named Templado.  Templado was the star horse from the show Cavalia, and while he was not Mr. Ed, as in the famous talking horse on television, he did speak to Lance in his own way.  Certainly in such a way to demand Lance's attention.

When Lance was first asked to do Flowtrition with the horses of Cavalia, he was happy to do so.  Frederique Pignon, the star of the show led Lance to Templado's stall, and told him of his health challenges.  While making a contact with Templado, using his hands, Lance got a message to show Frederique what he was doing.  At first Lance tried to ignore the voice, but it became more insistent, so he relented and showed frederique.  Thus began a journey that has changed more lives than Lance could possibly touch on his own.

Now, people from all walks of life, including massage therapists, horse trainers, midwives, farriers, animal rescuers, acupuncturists and more are learning Flowtrition for their clients, friends, family and animal companions.

Flowtrition is a gentle touch that allows for the integration of life experiences stored in the body as tension.  It is a means of finding the touch, nutrition, and thoughts that encourage growth and evolution of the individual.  Most sessions last 5 to 30 minutes.  The gentle light touches encourage the body to look in on itself and to make shifts.  For instance, sometimes we are holding a pattern of tension due to an emotional or physical trauma from long ago.  Even though it is over, and we have moved on, the body may be responding as if it is still occurring, because the nervous system was affected deeply.  Everything that we experience is communicated to us through the nervous system.  So the healthier the nervous system, the healthier the communication.  Giving the nervous system the opportunity to change is extremely beneficial on a physical and emotional level.

One thing that makes Flowtrition unique, is that a person doing Flowtrition, is not trying to fix, or change anyone.  We see the perfection of the person and their body, without judgement.  The purpose with Flowtrition is to connect through a light touch, and let the nervous system, the body decide what it wants to do next.  For many people this can be a shift which leads to symptom relief, but that is not the primary purpose, because removal of pain is not always a sign of improved health.  What is more important is the body learning to respond in the most appropriate manner to its environment.  We are allowing the body the opportunity to make changes from within, which is more empowering than trying to force something to change when it is not ready.

In the case of Templado, he had a large protrusion on his back as a result of surgery.  The doctors did not know exactly that it was or how to fix it.  When Lance connected with Templado, using his hands, he was not trying to fix his back, or to change it in any way.  The touches he made were an invitation to Templado's nervous system to make the changes it was ready to make.  By the next morning the protrusion was gone.  We can surmise that the body was holding tension as a result of the surgery, and after a Flow session with Lance, it was able to relax enough to shift the body and allow change.

I agree with – "What is more important is the body learning to respond in the most appropriate manner to its environment. We are allowing the body the opportunity to make changes from within, which is more empowering than trying to force something to change when it is not ready"  Thank you Jeannette for this post and thank you Lisa for publishing this post. Thank you Sharon! Lance and Jeannette do wonderful work. I believe they even make a trip to South America at least once a year for a special Flowtrition event. It’s quite fascinating.
